11.2 Major Revisions
Requests for major design or functionality changes after project commencement may be subject to additional fees and timeline adjustments. Bit n Byte will communicate any such changes and associated costs to the client in a transparent manner. We strive to accommodate client needs while ensuring the project stays on track and within budget.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, Canada, UK and Australia without regard to its conflict of law principles.
